We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns.
We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
- Returns Policy
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using EMS standard shipping and your country/region’s local shipping carrier.
For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- The return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Hangers, suitcases, etc., everything in the original package must be send together.
- If an item has a Luvur security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.

- Please fill out the return request form enclosed with the delivery.
- Take a photo of the return request form and email us or click here to send an email. (Email must include the photo of return request form.)
- You will receive the return confirmation email in 1-2 business days.
- After receiving the return confirmation email, prepare your package with the return documents enclosed in your order. Place unwanted items with all original packaging inside the box.
- Ship your package using EMS standard shipping and your country/region’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
- Faulty items
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. And you should prepare photos of faulty before you contact us. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
