- Immediately after payment is completed, order cancellation can be processed directly from "MY Page> Cancellation/Exchange/Return Application".
- After completing the order, please understand that the order may be cancelled due to insufficient stock.
- If the order status is in preparation for the product, it may not be processed directly because it may have already been shipped or packaged. Please contact the customer centre.
- All phone cases, phone grips, and AirPod cases are made to order and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded except for defective products after the payment is completed.
Exchange / Return
- Exchanges/returns can be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product only for unused products.
In addition to product defects, exchange/return courier fees due to simple change of mind, such as size and color exchange, are incurred by the customer.
(According to Article 17 (withdrawal of subscription) 9 of the Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce Transactions, etc., if the subscription is withdrawn due to the circumstances of the consumer, the courier fee is borne by the consumer.)
- The exchange request is limited to the first time, and after the exchange delivery is completed, no additional exchange request is allowed.

- As voluntary returns are not allowed, please make sure to apply through the customer center or "MY Page> Order Cancellation/Exchange/Return Application".
- In case of product defects or misdelivery, exchange/return is possible for free of courier cost, but individual preference of monitor color difference, fit and size is not the reason for product defect.
- If the product is damaged or changed due to customer carelessness, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the exchange/return payment is delayed, the refund delay compensation process will proceed in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act.
- In case the product is used or damaged, the free gift is missing, the product tag, product subsidiary materials are removed or lost -In case the sealed package is opened or the inner packing material is damaged or lost (except for opening for product verification)
- When the value of the product has been lost to the extent that it is difficult to resell it over time -If it falls under the reasons for restriction of withdrawal of subscription prescribed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Other Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.
